High Valley Park is a linear park adjacent to an old railroad that the city tries to change to a park and bring life and activities there. The design reuses many interesting existing elements and gives them new definitions and functions as in a contemporary urban space, and they become the signature of the park. It serves as a daily living room after work for local citizens, as well as a memorial space for the abandoned industrial railroad.
