The big old tree, as a sign of unity, is where villagers gather. The signature sculpture, a modern interpretation of compost bin for waste after harvests, reflects the respect people used to have in the natural cycle. It also resembles the Chinese aspiration of abundant harvests. Structures built from recycled disposable chopsticks as an adaption of traditional building techniques is a calling for environmental protection.
