• Comprehend design proposals from 2D sketches, then visualize and develop them into 3D schemes using Grasshopper of Rhinoceros.

• Prepare detailed landscape architectural drawings such as conceptual and schematic design plans, construction documents including grading plan, layout plan, paving plan, planting plan, lighting plan, drainage plan, irrigation plan, section, elevation, construction detail, axon, diagrams, as well as computer-generated 3D models, renderings and physical study models during all phases of work by using software like Rhinoceros, AutoCAD.  

• Conduct preliminary study and analysis of landscape architecture projects, so as to maintain a thorough knowledge of assigned projects.

• Obtain and assemble data to complete landscape architectural designs, visiting job sites to compile measurements as necessary.   

• Comprehend proposals from 2D sketches, then visualize and develop them into 3D schemes.

• Provide project or task management to develop landscape design and planning concepts and translate them into clear and compelling graphic images; Analyze space and site requirements and other technical documents and reports to determine their effect on landscape architectural designs; Determine procedures and instructions to be followed, according to design specifications and quantity of required materials.

• Stay current on zoning or building codes, landscape specifications, environmental regulations, and other legal issues; Landform making and grading design according to aesthetic pursuance and functional requirements.

• Conduct innovative material research as necessary, communicate with related manufactories for technical support. 

 

Job requires Bachelor’s in Landscape Architecture plus one year’s experience. Must be able to perform job tasks, including having knowledge of Grasshopper.

• Visualize the design proposals made by senior staff members into 3D schemes using Grasshopper of Rhinoceros.

• Prepare detailed landscape architectural drawings at the direction of a senior staff member including such as conceptual and schematic design plans, construction documents including grading plan, layout plan, paving plan, planting plan, lighting plan, drainage plan, irrigation plan, section, elevation, construction detail, axon, diagrams, as well as computer-generated 3D models, renderings and physical study models during all phases of work by using software like Grasshopper of Rhinoceros, Rhinoceros, AutoCAD, Lumion, and the Adobe Creative Suite.  

• Contribute to the study and analysis of landscape architecture projects, so as to maintain a thorough knowledge of assigned projects; 

• Obtain and assemble data to assist senior staff members complete landscape architectural designs, visiting job sites to compile measurements as necessary;   

• Collect space and site requirements and other technical documents; Stay current on zoning or building codes, landscape specifications, environmental regulations, and other legal issues.

• Conduct material research as required by senior staff member.

• Support in completion of project work; Complete revision of materials based on feedback from senior staff member in charge.

 

Job requires Bachelor’s in Landscape Architecture plus 6 months experience. Must be able to perform job tasks, including having knowledge of Grasshopper.
