Jie Wang is the CEO and principal of A&N+. Within his twenty-years practice, he has achieved many awarded design projects of various sizes and categories, including  public spaces, real estate residential, recreational and resort planning, cultural and heritage landscape design.  He is committed to creating high quality space for people in the most sustainable way, and to value the bond between human and nature. His efforts have won him many outstanding awards, including China Landscape Planning Special Contribution Award, China Outstanding Landscape Design Planner, etc.  His aspirations and design philosophies have been influencing the company culture consistently, and significantly inspiring the work and people at A&N+.  
Jie Wang is a founding member of Chinese Society for Urban Studies, member of SROO (Committee of 100), Environmental Arts Member of the China Construction Culture and Art Association Council. Jie serves as the director and consultant for several design magazines in China including Landscape Design.
Jie Wang is also an active wildlife conservation supporter. He is Director of the Mara Conservation Fund in Kenya, Founding Director at Nature Guardian Wildlife Conservation Research & Development Center Founding Director in Shenzhen. 

During Haoyang’s previous work experiences, he has been leading and greatly involved in both domestic and international projects across different scales. Project types range from hospitality, residential,commercial,public,urban planning and design. In his practice, he has been exploring the idea of computational design and interaction between machine and human with a deep connection to natural processes and culture. With his experience and passion, Mr Wang and the team have confidence in nurturing the classic with the clients. Haoyang received his Master of Landscape Architecture degree at the University of Pennsylvania.

Yao believes that Landscape Architecture is a way of facilitating dialogue between people and the environment, thus creating an interactive relationship between all that are being involved in the process. She likes to experiment with different materials and textures to create unique experiences. She hopes to provoke a clear understanding of ourselves and our lovely life by looking for exciting and critical elements and re-organizing them in her works. Her project types range from private residential, civic space and regional planning. Yao received her Master of Landscape Architecture degree at the University of Southern California.

Miao’s professional practice covers projects of various types and scales, including but not limited to master planning, waterfront development, landscape design for retail and residential open space. Miao’s diverse experience in both large scale planning and detailed level design allows her to approach projects with a unique and creative mindset. She enjoys generating creative ideas for problem solving during the design process. Prior joining A&N+, several projects she worked on have received multiple awards from Southern California ASLA. Miao received her Master of Landscape Architecture degree from Harvard University.

Difei’s practice and research are focused on topographical strategies of urban design, ecological infrastructure systems, and brownfield redevelopment in American and China. In her previous practices, she has worked on several awarded projects, including BSLA, World Landscape Magazine Awards, Architizer A+ Awards and APA-MA Awards. Difei also worked at AMO on the 14th Venice Architecture Biennale, “Elements”, curated by Rem Koolhaas. Her experience is broad in scope, including the fields of landscape, architecture, publication, exhibition, and visualization media. She received a Master in Landscape Architecture with distinction from the Harvard University Graduate School of Design.

Jiaying has the passion and belief to improve living conditions of cities through design approaches, including creating memories, enhancing experiences, generating culture, connecting people and improving the quality of urban environments. She has been continuously studying and experimenting different methods to create dynamic designs that adapt to people's needs and encourage engagement. With in a wide range of previous design experiences including interior, production, graphic, fabrication and art, Jiaying is an important creative member at A&N+ Group. Jiaying received her Master of Landscape Architecture degree at the University of Southern California.
